So Monday is the first day of our Wellness Team 12 week challenge. My goal is to lose 10 pounds over the course of these 12 weeks. That means no cheating and cutting down on the wine on the weekends. I think with the fasting that I am including, as long as I keep my carbs down to about 25 as projected I should do well!!. Avocados are sort of where I go awry. I just need to be careful. If I could fiber I seem to do OK. I will be weighed at work on Tuesdays each week, and I would like to see some progress!
