okay today is the day, i decided i absolutely need to start exercising and if need be i just need to force myself to start. i work mon.,wed.,and fri., so for now anyway i'm going to concentrate on my days off. started today with a walking tape, and my tony little gazelle, i did about 1/2 hour to 45min. between the two, and to be honest i actually feel pretty good, now the key is to get myself into a routine and work myself up slowly. i'm not really into exercise so this is a huge challenge for me. hopefully when thurs. rolls around i'll remember how good i feel today and that will psych me to do the same then. love this site, cause it gives me a chance to express myself, love the support from you guys, and love all the recipes, that is something else i've been trying lots of new recipes, so my hubby and i don't get bored eating the same old things all the time.
