It's morning of day 2 of effort to live a healthier lifestyle and I've been good so far with the food. I've focused on hydrating this morning and had a low far yogurt as a pre-breakfast. I need to do some housework and some exercise, but I'm not feeling motivated. It probably doesn't help that I'm currently sandwiched by two sleepy kitties!
I'm going to give myself an hour to watch some tv and cuddle with the kitties. After than I'll get up and do the housework. And I'll plan to exercise this afternoon after lunch.
