1 lb down to 207 this morning

I had some of the steak for breakfast with my coleslaw. Took my Vit. C with 24 ounces of water and had my peppermint tea. Feeling pretty good - I stayed in bed an extra two hours this morning after getting to bed after mid-night last night! It felt so good to have a lazy morning. Eating should be interesting today since I had breakfast so late (and because it was a big breakfast), I may be able to fit one more meal in for the day (steak is always so filling).

Today is sunny. My cold is almost completely gone. TOM is behind me. The Spring thaw has started - I see the snow mounds decreasing slowly (although we expect 10 - 15 cm of snow on Monday evening :(). Temperature is a balmy -1 ... I feel invincible today! Have a great day FS friends!

Congrats on losing a lb!!!! So happy you feel better, too. I keep meaning to ask if you are eating the cole slaw stir fried with the coconut oil or just stirring it up in there uncooked. I still haven't eaten mine. LOL!

Hey mom! I eat it uncooked most of the time but I've also cooked it up with the ground beef as well. Both ways are great!!! It's just such an easy way to get my veggies.
