I feel like a total dumbass having to admit this, but here goes.
When I weigh myself (at the gym, I don't have scales at home) I do it before my workout when I first arrive. WEARING MY SHOES, because I figure they can't weigh that much, right? Wrong.
Turns out they weigh almost a kilo, and my actual weight is 65kg. Perhaps my clothes really weigh 5kg and I'm already at my goal weight ;)
I really kicked my own arse this morning, though - half an hour on the bike, then a huge weights circuit. I can barely lift my arms now! I also played a full game of basketball on Monday night and I'm playing again next week. Wish I could play every week, but my team's games are always on when I'm at work! I had a really good game, despite the fact that we lost 17-60. Made a couple of flukey goals and got some great rebounds, so I was pretty happy apart from being totally slaughtered.
Food wise (wow, this is a long entry), I feel hungry all the time and it's driving me completely insane. I'm eating more protein, drinking water and green tea when I feel hungry, but then I just need to pee all the time and I start thinking about delicious carbs and cheese. Boo :(
