So....I am doing OMAD and walking at lunch and drinking a ton of water. May start doing some "working out" OMG....lol. Thus far am doing well. My current BS is 77? I am so excited my normal fasting sugar is still between 100 and 110, so doing something right. Yay me. Plus the scale is being very kind to me too....Win / win.
