I just did the Dance Workout -- Dancing for 30 minutes burn 221 calories. I boosted the burn by using my arms! Raise them in the air and move them to the beat.

So, I did a two 4-minute workout to Happy (Despicable Me 2) by Pharrell Williams. All I did was whatever Happy dancing that came to mind, clapped with the claps -- even tried some moves in the video. INCREASED MY HEART RATE BIG-TIME!

Hey, then I happy-danced for 10 minutes off of Janell Monae's Tighrope (5 minutes). Very fast beat 1960s beat!
