I am quite proud of myself today! Not only did I go and work out for over an hour today, but I keep up with my calories for the day and didn't touch a chip! However, I do need to increase the veggies and fruit...note to self, start with the smoothies tomorrow! I need to check out more challenges and keep an eye on the amount of time I sit in front of the computer (Family Feud is NOT constructive)and get up and do more.
