Ooooh!!!!
I fell off, and I fell off hard. I haven't logged on in forever, i stopped everything I was doing before, and gained more weight!
But, I've started up again.
This time, I have a workout buddy and a gym membership. It's going pretty good, I'm lifting and doing cardio each workout, and been working out 5 days a week. Goin to move to twice a day. The muscles in my body are starting to come back alive and they feel great! I can stretch my legs without fear of getting a cramp! (LOL)
Secret achievement to me: behind closed doors.*

I haven't seemed to lose any weight yet, tho. Before a workout about a week ago, I weighed myself on the gym scale, and I was 230 lbs! I told my buddy, "Don't look now, but it appears I lost 15 lbs..." She said how awesome that was, but I was hesitant to get excited. Sure enough, I weighed myself again after our workout, and I was back at 245 lbs.
I have to buy my own scale, dude.
There's a diet that I have to start, where the only protein I get are from fish and egg whites. Veggies, other things, but just fish and egg whites? Not really looking forward to it. Been putting it off for quite some time, because, honestly, I have never really eaten fish before! Just shrimp, but I don't think that counts, especially since it was breaded. lol
Well, it's the smell. I just can't get past the smell. Once I put it in my mouth, the smell is stronger and it makes me gag.
Hopefully, it will be worth it! :-)
