Hi: I've been avoiding the weigh-in lately but I think I am now back on track and able to continue my journey. It has been a struggle lately losing a couple and gained it back almost as fast. I am sure it had to do with my "inactivity" mode that I was in. No More . . . . have been to the gym 5 days in a row and today will treadmill at home for 30 minutes. Yes -I am ON MY WAY !
