It seems that each time I get reactivated to exercise I physically injure myself in some way...so I'll take it easy on my knee & workout other areas! I WILL not be defeated!!!

Recumbent bikes are good for bum knees. Got one when I had a knee replacement and it became an amazing exercise bike. Liked the seat too. Flat.

Biking is one of the best exercises - as well as swimming - for taking it easy on injuries. Just take care of yourself, build up very slowly as sometimes our bodies don't work quite as fast as our minds think it should. Good luck - YOU WILL NOT be defeated. Have a great day!
