No picture of dinner. because I ate it. it was super yum. Fish; cheese grits and mixed veggies. I am up from yesterday but still in the wagon....lol.
209.9 lb Lost so far: 12.1 lb.    Still to go: 59.9 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
