Doing decent, had a couple of bad period days. Being at work really helps me stay on track because I am prepared for and have what I need to eat. Smoothies, and veggies is my goal. Cooked a great dinner last night. Just need to figure out ways to cut my carbs and lower my sugar intake. Sweet & Low and I will become bff's :-D

thought I'd suggest some less calorific salty things on here for you! I work from things which are salty but few calories, like Weight watchers do some great hula hoops replacements which aren't exactly like the real thing but they do seem to have a good salty taste. I tend to eat really niche carb stuff - so depending on whether or not you live in the UK like me, some of the stuff may not be available. I eat salted corn cakes, and tend to go for gluten free things, cause it cuts down on the extensive carbs but still tastes good if you find the right thing - it seems like coeliacs have the right idea to me! Hope that helps x
