no booze or take aways last weekend and been good all week, less bread, done more and yep says gained. checked tues and today tomorrow Is official weigh day but at best I will maintain this week. gutted. I'm having some hormone problems but not sure if that has caused it :(

That has happened to all of us, trust me!
It could be anything. Maybe you'll see a good drop next week instead or perhaps you have fluid retention?
The only thing that I do know is that you shouldn't let this discourage you. It's like the rest of life, sometimes you'll have bad weeks and sometimes you'll have good ones.

Thanks yeah I'm wondering if water I have been drinking more tho to help flush it but do think it's worked. I will keep going tho. Losing weight is a bumpy road
