this morning i cheated Big time. My 10 year old daughter was having some "issues" so i felt i needed to spend some one on one time with her. we went to breakfast and with the stress of it all i didn't even order on plan. I hate to even think of how many calories i consumed. We ate at 8:30 this morning and I am just now forcing myself to eat raw veggies since i haven't been hungry at all. my plan is to eat only raw veggies until this evening. We are going to a chili cook off at the church and I am concerned . I am not sure how to choose my chili and what kinds will be safe for me to eat. i will be taking some veggies and hummus with me to keep me from eating the breads and chips.

Go for a veggie chili if there are any and be sure to fill up on good veggies before you leave so that you won't be so tempted to eat foods that aren't okay. :) You can do it! No looking back... no beating due to bad choices. Chin up, on to the next meal / snack and rock it up!
