Yesterday was the first day of eating well that didn't seem like torture. I wonder if eating breakfast helps to satisfy the appetite even later in the day, at least for me, more so than intermittent fasting. I lost 1.1 lbs. this morning.
My breakfast yesterday was 2oz Jennie-o Hot Turkey Sausage (Lean), onions, peppers, peppers, and two over-easy eggs.
For dinner, I had homemade chicken stew, chicken breast cutlets, boneless, skinless chicken thighs, onions, celery, carrots, mushrooms, baby gold potatoes, peas, and corn.
For snacks, I had a Bryers Carb-smart Almond chocolate ice-cream bar, two servings of baked sour cream & onion chips, and 2 servings of Blue Diamond Almond Breeze Chocolate Almond milk.
This was day one of my Fast of Affection, I abstained from wine and will do for the next 29 days.
