Started Sugar detox monday morning!No dairy, no carbs, no fruit, no sugar, no sweetener!! Just lean meat, eggs, fish salad and veg. no sauces! hard!!!
133.4 lb Lost so far: 13.6 lb.    Still to go: 13.4 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
