Ok, the cereal debacle really threw me off today so I went to Zaxby's, yeah, I know... Wrong, totally wrong. Its really hard for me to try to diet anyway let alone at my deadline (I own a small community magazine) and for some reason I just find it really hard to stick to eating right when stressed but I am about to hit the treadmill and see if I cant at least work off some of the damage.
I saw on the biggest loser that one of the contestants that went home, her goal is to burn off 7,000 calories a day... I wonder how?
