Alittle perplexed that the scale has not moved, I have been Super good on the low carb ... wonder if its because i havent had any veggies... use to LOVE salads and I was at Olive Garden over the summer and ate a whole bowl of their salad (all i ate..) and i got so sick that night and since then i have a hard time with them... to bad that cant happen with pizza and pasta!!

Diet Calendar Entry for 15 January 2014:

Possibly! Not enough vegetables can cause constipation and in turn lack of loss (so to speak). Make sure you get enough fiber and fluids. It's very important on low carb plans.

Veggies definitely help, and so does exercise and drinking plenty of water.
