I found this interesting and thought I would share it with everyone.
I can not do alot of exercise do to disability, however I got to thinking about much I moved when playing Wii sports, and Wii ski with my son. I did a little research and found even on low intensity/beginner level games you can burn a fair amount of calories. Here is a couple of the articles I have read the last couple of days.

I also was wondering what the best sugar substitute is best. I have found so much conflicting information. I would appreciate if I could get some feedback on what you guys think is the best.

I use Sweet Leaf 100% Stevia. Tastes different than sugar so you kind of have to get used to it. But not made out of chemicals like some of the others. BTW, looks lke you are doing great, Down 10 already...but be careful haha I see those carbs creeping back up.
