I'm starting today. Have been eating healthier for about a week. But when I keep track of my calories, they are very excessive. I know it's good that I'm choosing healthier foods without preservatives, but I need to have some portion control. I'm looking forward to this website to get some support. I also enjoy the app. Seems easy to use. Hopefully keeping a journal and reading others' posts will help me along the way.

51 and I'm just getting tired starting over and over with each time. I'm in the mindset why dying anymore? I wish I didn't feel this way but its way I feel. I use food to comfort me, & I don't want to lose that relationship.

I would like to improve physically, mentally, in spiritually in the year 2014. My goal is to eat healthier, Less preservatives, and do a daily Bible study along with prayer.
