I've found that if I obsessively count calories, I won't eat enough. I've decided that from now on I shouldn't count them, but just worry on what kinds of foods I am putting into my system. I also won't be weighing in as often. I've found that if I weigh in weekly and lose anything less than 5 pounds, I want to give up and stop exercising and stuffing my face with food.
