I am new at this so please bear with me. I am working on a low-carb diet, however I am not getting enough calories. I have found so much info on low carbs stuff and guide line that my head is swimming. Doctor wants me to drop 10 pounds over the next 3 months. I have no appetite, and little exercise do to physical disability. I appreciate any support I can get. I have support from my husband, but he doesn't completely understand. I have to eat 5 times a day due to meds, and with no appetite it is hard to find something that sounds good. But I am giving all this a go.
