I feel I am battling gaining some again. I have been trying not to and eating overall healthfully but my tummy is feeling fat again. I was thinking through it and maybe it is b/c I have not been able to run as much as I had been doing. I was running 3-4 times plus other workouts a week for a while there which attributed to some major calorie burning. So, even though I am eating pretty well I am probably not burning as many calories.

Exercise the last 3 days has been good. I won't get to tomorrow for sure and probably not Thursday. This week so far included:
Sun- run/walk 3 mi/ 34 min
Mon- weights 25, elliptical 25 min, walk 30
Tues-weights 10, elliptical 35, 5-10 running & playing basketball with son
I plan to swim and do weights on Friday and prob. run on the weekend. It should all be good. I may just need to be recording points to make sure the eating is in check. I am shooting to reach 138 again this week. Have a good few days everyone!

Wow you've been really good at all the excercise congrats. You seem to have a plan which is really helpful. You could always try and do some of the extra weekly exercises from the Pound for Pound Challenge tonight or tomorrow while you watch TV (this week is squats) to burn some extra calories. Just a reminder that week one for the challenge ends Thurs Jan 15th! If you weigh in within the next 2 days you can change all your fails to sucessfuls too. Hi new buddy! If I remember correctly, (it's been a while since I've been down to your low weight), when you get down in weight, the loss goes slower. It needs a boost. But you do so much movement and exercise, I'm sure you'll drop the weight! You'll be at your goal. You're so close as it is!
