POWENCH's Journal, 13 January 2009

Ok... I have been having satisfaction issues this week. Nothing I eat seems to satisfy me. Salt, Sugar, Dairy, Protien...you name it, I want it and how. I am struggling to find a sustainable balance with my exercise and my food. I know I am gaining muscle and am getting stronger. I can't help but think that the cravings are related to the exercise and what my body needs right now. I just need to figure out how to give it something not so high in calories and or points. I did lose this week, 1.4, and I feel good about that loss,especially given the exercise.

I have to find the right head space AGAIN. I have to move through this and get on down the road....I CAN DO IT!!!!
