Hey guys!!!!
I went to my new temp job today and had a great time. 3.5 hours passed without me even realizing it!
I'm a mystery "shopper" for a major company. I called about 300 stores today and made a report about how they treated their customers. I'm usually the one being "shopped", so it was nice to be on the other end of the system. There is no way that this job is permanent but it's a nice change of pace nonetheless. I can put it on my resume as office experience and that's never a bad thing.
School starts today! I have a class later this evening and I'm looking forward to that...

LOL, I think once you've been on low carb, it'll always be in the back of your mind! You'll probably always take a glance at the carbs even if you don't need to on your plan. Good luck at school and congrats on the job. My aunt actually does that for a living and I hear she makes pretty good money!

Mystery shopping is a great job and you can make good money. Actually, at our house we make great money: plus I feel like a free loader sometime because if my daughter wants to see a movie I see what theater will pay me to watch their movie, and pay for my movie ticket, LOL. It is a great job. It takes a while to get it going to "full-time" money because you kinda have to know which companies do what kinds of jobs etc but in the end, I think it will be great with your school and all. Enjoy it! There are many open doors in that field: One example is price auditing/merchandising (where you go to a big chain store, introduce yourself, and audit them-- for a mystery shopping company).
Have fun. Oh and well... I have no comment about carbs.

Hey you two ! Can you tell me how to get started as a Secret Shopper too ? I am a HUGE Customer Service *freak* and LOVE the idea of Secret Shopping ! ;) I am also a houseMom, so the extra income/perks would be great since I am not quite ready to go back to a regular job quite yet.
Anyhow ~ Good luck with the schooling ! I, too, am working on finishing my Bachelors after many years of being home taking care of babies ! (youngest finally in 1st grade ! YAY !)
