Busy day again. Spent the day with my sisters and mom. i weighed when i got up this morning but never had the chance to update my weight or my journal until just now. i am the same weight as expected. i expect it will take several days to lose the extra pounds but thats ok. i also intend to drop my carbs to 20 -25 this week back to my pre-christmas level. it will be interesting to see how i do for the month of january. althoigh i have an 8 lb monthly target, i am more interested in seeing how my body responds to the way i am feeding it. i am going to keep it high fat and low carb.

JennBuck61: Think about that high fat because that is not good for your heart. High blood pressure and high cholesterol come from to much fat. Good luck and have a Happy New Year.

Thanks Maeboosie: Trying to keep the ratio of roughly 70% Fat/ 20-25% Protein/ 5- 10% Carbs for a while and see how that goes. Will monitor closely though. Thanks for the advice! Happy New Year.
