not too bad, we ate mostly finger foods at my parents house at the Christmas drop in.
i missed my phentermine but i couldn't feel any side effects.
205.0 lb Lost so far: 12.0 lb.    Still to go: 30.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
