114.6 lb Lost so far: 18.4 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

I still maintain that the best way to stay steady is to weigh yourself daily. From my chart, I'm reminded that weight can fluctuate over a pound - in either direction - over just 24 hours. Don't let it worry you. Keep at it. Only if it keeps going up, and up, and up again, do you need to pull back a bit. . .

I totally agree! i like to know when ive gained 3 pounds or more and if i only weighed weekly it may be too late to curb the gain. i try to weigh in every day to keep myself aware and in check. 👍😁
