Immy I used this really simple recipe found on google https://wickedhealthyfood.com/2020/01/21/hoi-sin-mushroom-bao-recipe/ I used fast action yeast and I kneaded by hand for 10 minutes (twice as long as stated) and they turned out perfectly!

I’m doing a green papaya salad for my son on Tuesday, it’s one of his favourites, with beef on top, I think it’s called screaming tiger lol 😂

Immy I know what you mean, it’s happened to me before 😅 I think they go that way when they dry out, tbh I’ve made mistakes a few times with these lol. For the cooking time, 15 minutes starting with cold water works best imho 😊

The first time my husband and I ordered dim sum we didn't know what to do. We ended up with about 100 steamers on the table. They just kept on coming!
