Today in general I felt like I had very low energy levels. Really dizzy. Really depressed. Didnt go to the gym for the evening session. Did 30mins stepper and combined it with a bit of dancing. Overall that was fun, I feel a little more energetic now. Going outside to match some laces with my clothes. Hope tomorrow's day will be more productive!
