Hi everyone. I had gotten better with my program, but now I am running into a little upheaval relatioship wise, so I am not sure how compliant I will be for a while. I know that I am doing this for me but I am a little down right now and so I may have some difficulty concentrating. I have managed to loose 12 pounds in a little lesws than 2 months so I am really going to stick with it, IT just may be a little harder.
