I worked hard today. Nearly 1hr 40mins of gym and 1 hour 30mins of swimming, excluding the walk back and forth.

Also, although I didnt do it on purpose, the calories were below 500.

Please scales, please show. God, please please let me lose weight and go down to 61 by tomorrow! Pleaseee
