These INSANE results are after only 3 weeks on this program and one week of rest. Going to start the advanced version of the program tomorrow which is for another 3 weeks. Photo #1 taken on Oct 5th. Photo #2 taken today Nov 1st. 7lbs down since Oct 5th.

You are Freaking burning it off Freaka! You must also be eating on a calorie deficit? I’ve heard it said here many times you can’t out exercise a bad diet? I know you’re smiling in that mirror! Good job! 💪

@60pack. Yes!!! Diet is key!!! I'm not starving myself, either. I have about 1500 calories a day and I'm not limiting my carbs, because I need those complex carbs to get me through my workouts. 😉
