ive realized that when i use a smaller plate, im eating smaller portions and feeling more full. tricking the mind. love it :) also i realized how i eat is majorly effected by where im working. i work as a nanny so i eat whats available to me at whatever house im at. thinking im going to start bringing lunch, so i have more control of what i have to eat
