OK, trying to keep this all straight--gluten didn't make me feel bad physically, but I got VERY CRAVE-Y and didn't lose any weight the four days I ate it. So I guess I need to avoid it too. So far I'm 0 for 3 LOL! This week is the soy trial. Just ate some edamame and tofu on my salad and it was so gross I don't know if I can do it for four days LOL. I'm just not a fan of soy to start with!! Still marked a loss for this week, so just gonna keep slogging along! Wish me luck, I am hosting a huge party Saturday, it's basically our wedding reception. Hopefully I will be too busy to eat badly, I will definitely have a plan in place. Happy Thanksgiving!

Try using soybean oil. Soy nuts aren't bad. Soymilk in your coffee? I hate tofu and edamame isn't a favorite either.

thank you! soybean oil sounds easy enough to try...maybe soy sauce too. Still grossed out about the tofu LOL...
