My lowcarb Nutella spread substitute on whole wheat toast.
Spread made out of peanut butter, cocoa powder, almond flour, protein powder, stevia, sliced almonds & unsweetened soy milk.

@Mpass45 I love chocolate so learning about going with natural cocoa powder plus zero calorie sweeteners were a game changer for me

267 calories for the spread, I would have guessed so much higher with the ingredients you listed! what about the bread?

@sara it’s all about moderation ;) 100 calories for two whole wheat bread with 14g of net carb.
