Down a lb and happy for it. Have not been diligent (at all) with exercise, but have been doing ok with food choices and portions (although I'm not documenting everything - must get more consistent with that). Still have quite a bit of work ahead of me, but happy to see some success this week.
145.0 lb Lost so far: 17.0 lb.    Still to go: 5.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 1.0 lb a week
