DAY #3 I slightly overate last night. So I added it on to today's snack list. I think I should be okay that way, pointwise. It was pretty late when I ate the stuff. I got hungry. Oh, well. That's a diet! Ups and downs. I am not going to be hard on myself about it. And tomorrow is weigh-in. So I'm going to be careful today!

exercise Treadmill 45 minutes. (Didn't do entire exercise due to lack of time. It got too late, and I got tired.

DAY 3, THURSDAY, UPDATE FROM MORNING: 30 pts. total today. 21 daily plust 4 exercise plus 5 from 35 a week. I ate tonight but not really that much. But I overestimated in the points so that I wouldn't be fooling myself. I'd say for tomorrow, just continue the good work!

You could always apply yesterday's snacks to Flex Points!

I was going to do that, and I will if I don't feel that I have enough points to satiate myself today.

Hi Sweetie! I have a friend who baked cauliflower and rotel together and it is 0 points. She loved it. I just do not like cauliflower.

What is rotel? And how are you doing today? I checked for a journal entry from you today so I could say hi; so I'm glad you checked in. Overall, I'm pretty pleased with myself. But again, what is rotel?

Ro-Tel is a canned mixture of cooked tomatoes and Green chilis. It is very good. It might not sound good, but trust me, it is. It is spicy and very addictive, but remember it is 0 pts. It can be substituted in casseroles for anything that calls for canned tomatoes. Have you ever heard of Rotel dip? I won't go there if you haven't, cause it is NOT even near 0 Pts, but very good. You can buy Ro-tel in the store next to the canned tomatoes. It comes in a variety of flavors like mild, regular, and some other combinations. It is a Tex-Mex food.

That sounds great! So your friend just baked the cauliflower with the Ro-tel poured on it? I bet you can do it with a lot of different veggies. Which actually makes me think, I am very imaginative in the veggie department. I should go to your new group about recipes and type some in. Hmmm, I'm gonna think about this! Now I'm getting some ideas!

Thank you!! And how are you doing today? I'm sitting here while my cleaning crew is cleaning my house. It's funny how one has to clean the entire house before the cleaning crew comes. I spent at least an hour cleaning before they came. But now I have time to sit here on Fatsecret and talk. That is until they start cleaning this area. Then I'll move somewhere else. But I'll try to come back later. It's so good for me to come on here and talk to you guys!!

Hey, I was going to tell you- Apparantly all the stuff I have read about PMS and diet are true! Yes, I know, I should have believed it for myself, but I have not gained like I did before. I guess because it is that I am watching my sodium and chocolate intakes. My PMS has not been bad this time, and my weight gain has not been near what it normally would have been. I am so excited!! I have not had any meltdowns either. I have always read that the key to PMS is your diet. Avoiding caffiene, chocolate, sugar, and salt. Who wants to do that? LOL! I am stoked! I am not going to do an official weigh in until prob Sunday. I want to record a loss not a same as last week...
