In the hotel day 2. I decided to splurge and get Applebee's (well, it's on my corporate card, so I guess my employer is splurging).

12oz Ribeye with grilled onions, Garlic Mashed Potatoes, and a House Salad. The nutrition info from Applebee's says this is all told 1020cal. I feel really really full, and not in a good way. I haven't eaten this much red meat in a long time, and it's sitting pretty heavy. I wish I'd chosen something else.

It looks delicious and after I eat a steak I feel the same way I drink some piñaslim tea its a detox tea made from pineapples i drink it at night and let it do its thang it helps just a suggestion
