In the hotel day 2. I decided to splurge and get Applebee's (well, it's on my corporate card, so I guess my employer is splurging).
12oz Ribeye with grilled onions, Garlic Mashed Potatoes, and a House Salad. The nutrition info from Applebee's says this is all told 1020cal. I feel really really full, and not in a good way. I haven't eaten this much red meat in a long time, and it's sitting pretty heavy. I wish I'd chosen something else.
