Finally some movement. If I keep eating like I am at a healthy weight then I’ll eventually get to the weight I desire. Tada it’s that easy. Trying to enjoy the ride. Love cleaning up my diet. I feel good. I bet my insides are prettier too. It’s so not about the size of my gut this time.
143.9 lb Lost so far: 43.1 lb.    Still to go: 13.9 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
