Alhamdulillah, lost 0.7kgs today! I thought my BMR became shitty because of the low calories and the bodys mechanism of holding onto them, because it thinks you're starving.

I'm going to try to keep my fruit consumption to only one per day and eat lots of carrots today. Need to maintain the 1 hour brisk walk. Maybe I'll be adding in walking up and down the stairs 5 times from tomorrow and increase that to 10, 15. Etc.
