I mostly follow the Atkins program but I have such a hard time keeping my fats down...I get plenty of veggies and definitely plenty of proteins but the salad dressing and sweet n low kills me...im an avid coffee drinker and 2 cups a day is so little! But im working on kicking my caffeine habit because I know it makes my cravings worse. Also sunflower seeds...I eat a bag a day...its terrible...I get half of my 20 carbs a day from them...so also have to break that habit. Im still in the induction phase and havent even lost an ounce! Gotta get it in check yall!

Keep going, MM! I think it is great that you know where your weaknesses are, and are going to work on them. It's hard, I know it, but you can sooooo do this! Do you track your food on some other site? Because tracking it is so helpful. It's funny, once I started really keeping track, I was surprised how much stuff (carbs, calories, whatever) was in what I was eating. Now I kind of know it, but I still track to help keep me honest, and not to miss those one or two critical things that can make a real difference. GOOD LUCK TO YOU! You can totally do this.

Don't lose hope Muffinmama! Keep at it. We all have those special foods we love and it's so difficult to give them up. I find that when I am full, I think less about those trigger foods. Keep focused and moving forward. Good luck .. I know you can do it.

Thanks guys...those back boob photos are really motivating...I only had 2 cups of coffee this morning and no seeds so far...I THREW THEM OUT.... rob.c.weiss...im gonna try to journal on here...I cant be accountable unless im completely accountable....and my hubby is on board now too...after I showed him those pics yesterday he suddenly became very supportive...and I think I motivated him too :)
