Keep going, MM! I think it is great that you know where your weaknesses are, and are going to work on them. It's hard, I know it, but you can sooooo do this! Do you track your food on some other site? Because tracking it is so helpful. It's funny, once I started really keeping track, I was surprised how much stuff (carbs, calories, whatever) was in what I was eating. Now I kind of know it, but I still track to help keep me honest, and not to miss those one or two critical things that can make a real difference. GOOD LUCK TO YOU! You can totally do this.
