I have been fighting a cold all week. I hate being sick! I made myself run on the treadmill yesterday hoping a little sweat would help get out some germs. I was surprised even though I didn't feel good at all I was able to do 2 miles and it really wasn't hard that time. I will prob. try to work out at some point today, otherwise tomorrow morning. I need to get better first and then can get back to my routine. My weight is staying steady, so that is good. I haven't really been thinking about food too much. It's interesting I have just been eating what the family eats for dinner and just eating in moderation and things seem to be ok on the weight front. I have been having light soup a lot for lunches which I think is really helpful. The Progresso light soups are very good and are 2 WW points for a whole can. Then I add on 2 pieces of light bread with light butter for another point. Very filling and good, yet really light. I also have been enjoying the Thomas' light English muffins (1 pt)with a little PB&J or a cinnamon raisin English muffin with a little light butter- also only 2-3 points. So, I haven't been counting points lately, but having enough of these light things or light snacks throughout the day that it seems to be adding up ok. I think I will be able to hit 138 this week, although without working out much I may not, but hopefully I will.

I hope you get to feeling better soon! Make sure to rest! I love those Progresso Lite Soups too, my favorite is the Italian One! Yummy! I add some of the canned Tyson chicken to mine, makes it super yummy & hearty! I like the new picture, what a great looking bunch! Good Luck in reaching your goal! Your doing great! ;)

did you know there is Whole wheat Thomas english muffins, they are so good. you are definately going to lose w/ that attitude. just take care you are sick, and rest if you think you need it. (i still work out too though!):)

Yes! Love your new profile pic. Great job going to the gym despite being sick! You're so close to your goal weight! I'm so happy for you!
