.2 lb from reaching my second goal. It is time to set up a third goal. My next goal is to reach 150. Based on the last few months I expect it to take until the end of February to reach that goal. My next goal is only 15 lb. I have done 2 large goals. I went from 215 to 190, then from 190 to 165.

Now that I am lighter, I expect it to become harder to lose weight. This will be my second last 'goal'. My ultimate goal will be to remain between 140 and 145.

If I stay on track, I will have lost 70 lb in one year. That is an average of 5.9 lb a month.
