No walking this week. Taking a break to see if my heel pain improves. I miss my early morning walks! My job is sedentary, so activity is important. Hopefully can get back to it next week. Happy to record a 3 pound loss this week. 65 pounds lost and just 2.3 pounds to get out of the 240s. Happy with my progress so far. Will continue same plan.
