Two months ago at the end of June, I committed my health goal in my first Journal entry. Having then set up my exercise space, On July 27, 2020, I started taking it seriously. . Down 10lbs in the last month (Yaay). Here is my current exercise program. . Sun-M-Tu-W-Th = 45 min treadmill 5 days/wk Fri = off Sat = 1hr hockey (yes, ice hockey in Houston) . Daily stretches
