Now I have my eating under control and I know how many calories I intake and burn, I'm not going to enter my food every day but will do after a couple of weeks to help remind me of how much to eat.
Another note - I went for a run today and decided to take my blood pressure about 5 minutes after and it was 139/75 with a heart rate of about 94. Which is great because my heart rate during the run was in the high 140's, low 150's and the heart rate came down to 94 within 5 minutes. On top of that my active BP considering I just ran was not high and my inactive BP was excellent, showing no strain...so that means I am fit. And it amazes me how quickly I got my fitness level up, within 3 months. Yippee!
