Day 6 - The first week of intermittent fasting and cutting out alcohol wasn’t to difficult. If I can keep this up for 30 days, I’ll give my body a good jump start. Last night I ate a 7oz filet, shrimp, and broccoli. No carbs yesterday.
147.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 42.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 14.0 lb a week
