I had a slip up in diet on Saturday after 3 1/2 weeks of being perfect. Got right back on track Sunday. Worked pretty hard in the gym all week. Will start double dipping cardio on occasion the next week or so to hit my goal of 215 on Monday morning Nov. 22nd. Meet with Reggie in 10 days for a re-evaluation and program adjustment.
